The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation has added Soldatov to the register of «foreign agents». The Ministry’s website said that Soldatov «participated as a respondent on foreign information platforms, distributed materials of foreign agents, opposed the special military operation in Ukraine, and is an employee of a foreign organisation». Andrey Soldatov is wanted in a criminal case and is outside Russia.
