A resident of Pavlodar Y. Nauman sent a pre-trial claim to the newspaper Nasha Gazeta in connection with the article dated 6.12.2018 with the headline «Organisation of wedding generals» and the subtitle «False UN representatives continue their activity in Kazakhstan». The claims of Y. Nauman concern the part of the publication, where her photo is placed, as well as the following text: «Yulia NAUMAN, head of the press service and CIPDH quality control inspector, is also referred to as a UN representative on the website of the Pavlodar Region Education Department in an article about her visit to a family-type children’s village...». She asks to publish an «apologetic refutation» that the headline of the article has nothing to do with her and mentioning her in the mentioned context is an editorial error, as well as to compensate the caused moral damage in the amount of KZT 100,000 in the order of pre-trial dispute settlement.
