A criminal case was opened against Kravtsov under the article on insulting the feelings of believers (Part 1 of Article 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The reason was a video from a restaurant where Kravtsov participated in a theatrical performance on the occasion of Halloween: he was tied to a cross and lifted into the air. After the video was published, the blogger publicly apologised.
